SMS terms and conditions

Program description. Rivas Legacy Consulting sends two types of text messages, each with its own opt-in:

• Non-marketing (customer care): replies to your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates.
• Marketing: new listings, open house announcements, market updates, and special offers.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the matching consent box on our website form and submitting it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
